The CAS Challenge was to use no sentiments on our card. For the TLC, Joan Ervin introduced us to the "Bokeh Effect". I'm quoting her description:
Bokeh is actually a photography technique that is a blur or an out of focus area of the image. We can mimic this effect by doing something pretty simple for stampers...stamping off. Yup...a little sponging and stamping off and you have created a beautiful background or main image!!!
I tried to capture the hexagons one gets in their photo if you shoot into the sun which gives a Bokeh effect of sorts.

I love the silhouette image you used with the sunshine and the bokeh effect!! I can almost feel the warmth of the sun. You did a great job with both challenges Sallie!!
