Sharing another Mini House Shrine today that I did for Kristin's swap over at Retro Cafe Art. The houses are made of sturdy masonite and come in kits of two and are easy to put together with a small dab of glue. This is the smallest of the two sizes. It measures only 1 7/8" Tall by 1 1/8" wide. It's really small, but packs a powerful punch of fun.
I used a rotary tool to cut red and yellow art pencils for the inside background. I drilled a hole in the roof and used a paintbrush cut to fit to resemble a chimney.
I configured the Muse figure with various jewerlry findings in my stash and strung them on a long floral pin cut to fit inside.
She's now complete, armed and ready to conquer any art challenge that comes her way. LOL I heard she's flying off to Indiana to enjoy a life of artsy goodness. Send me a postcard! LOL
Edited to add:
Kristin, thank you for featuring my samples on your blog. I had a blast!

Wowza Ms. Moonpie! This is right off the wall and totally excellent. If Ms. Muse is flying off to an art colony do you think they might have room for a few more?? I can think of a few off hand!
