Today, Judy asked us to honor Joan's birthday by creating a card utilizing one of her TLC techniques. I had wanted to create a card for the "Gotta Love Circles" technique back several weeks ago, but never got around to it. So, I created this card in honor of Joan's birthday.
I decided to sponge circles in various sizes by creating my own template. Then I stamped a silhouette from Stampin Up, and added a sentiment from Technique Tuesday.
Thanks so much for taking a closer look. Happy Birthday, Joan - Enjoy your day and every moment

How clever and creative to create your own template to do the shaded circles on your design, Barb. Pretty soft colors and I like it on the "scratchy" bg. A striking card.
