YEAH..we didn't get all the snow they predicted!!! It was a very narrow band that hit hard 25 miles south of my location! Now on to today's challenge...though I have an extensive stamp collection I wasn't sure I had a horse image....at least nothing like what you'd see in the derby. But...I did remember this dala horse stamp which would fit the bill. The greeting says thank you very much.

Polly, your card has all the charm of Swedish folk art. Wonderfully bright clear colors on this lovely layout. Your horse might not win a derby, but he will win hearts.

I love this Dala image. How did you know I was Swedish???! The first words I learned in Swedish are on your card, and my repertoire of words and phrases is not too terribly large. My Dad and grandparents only spoke English to me. How sad.

What a wonderful card! I love the folk art feel with the color selection and the stamped image! The corner stamps are really cool. I am glad you did not get snowed in!!
