I couldnÂ’t believe the timing of this sketch by Janette.
I needed to make a First Holy Communion card for my grandson and weÂ’re leaving tomorrow for Colorado. The Northwoods Rubber Stamp of this cross looks so similar to the sketch. I realize my card does not follow the sketch so please focus on the cross. I Stamped it four times and heat embossed in gold to cut out layers for popping up.
My grandson will be wearing a navy jacket, blue tie with whales and khakis. I googled suite and tie clipart, printed it onto white, blue and blue dp and cut out.
I found this page here at SCS for the inside sentiment. First Communion card sentiment/saying by Rubber Stamp Nut at Splitcoaststampers Thank you coffeeaddictsam!
Thank you all for viewing!

Wow! Beautiful work, Angela! I thought of a cross too, when I saw the sketch layout. I really like your customized design for your grandson. Piecing the cross in multiple layers really added depth to your whole card.

Beautiful card Angela, If you take just the cross panel is matches the sketch perfectly, My first thought was the sketch looked like a cross, so it was nice to see one...love the dimension you added to it....Have a safe trip

My sweet granddaughter Erin makes her Confirmation on Sunday. Why didn't this sketch just yell out to me??? Great job....safe travels.

Angela, this is wonderful and I hope you enjoy special time with Quinn on this important day. I have an invitation sitting on my desk for my great niece's First Communion, so I'm inspired by what you've created.
