My daughter Alex called in a panic Friday needing a boutonniere for her prom date as all the stores were busy and closing. I told her I would try to make one. I ran to Hobby Lobby for a flower and some bling and then watched a few videos on how to make boutonnieres and how to fold money (this $20 is folded like a jet plane believe it or not).
Her date said he loved it but I think he really just loved the $20 bill - LOL.

WOW, you are really creative in the clutch. Admirable and a great asset for any Mom! My DD decided to go to her first semi-formal dance the day before. We had the dress and shoes so she asked me to do her hair. She found something on-line and I was sweating bullets, spraying hairspray like mad, to make it look somewhat like the photo. Motherhood.....

What a great Mom you are. Aren't we lucky to have "You-Tube" as our friend. How did we do it before it. Your flower looks awesome. I think you could do them for the wedding-looks very professional. I would love the $20 myself. You go girl!!!!
