This is for FS323 and Lin aka bearpaw is our featured artist this week. Congratulations, Lin! I had a great time browsing through your gallery. I was especially inspired by your Thanks card found here: Thanks by bearpaw at Splitcoaststampers
I loved all of Lin's different patterns of paper cut into strips and all the ends being cut in different directions. I epsecially loved all the different elements she used to embellish her precious card. I kept Lin's same layout and patterned strips. I changed the color combination and used a large rolled rose, butterflies, button, bow and tiny rolled roses. I kept the same "thank you" sentiment theme. This is a different style of card for me and I really enjoyed the challenge of cutting those strips evenly (LOL) and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. Thanks so much for the wonderful inspiration, Lin!
