For today's Free for All to evoke sunshine, and for the current ODBD challenge, anything other than a classic square or rectangle. I started on a box card last night, but it wasn't coming together for me, so I started again from scratch this morning.
I thought that sponging the lace edging to the poppy image yellow was evocative of the sun , and I also have a sponged sun on the inside too.
I used the Triangle Trifold tutorial, using a 12 x4" strip and scoring at 4" and 8".
Papers are Cosmo Cricket Material Girl.
For the font I used Crocheted Poppy stamped on watercolour paper with Versafine Smokey Grey and coloured with pencils. I masked the centre and sponged the crochet border with Mustard Seed, then masked that and sponged the centre with Antique Linen and a tiny hint of blue. INSIDE
I think this is probably going to someone going through chemo right now.

Love your super cool folded card! I really want to try to make one of those! The green gingham is such a lovely background for your circle image of pretty flowers! Love the flourishes too! VERY pretty card Sabrina!!!
