This card reminds me of this on the inspiration site Patina: http://www.patinastores.com/catalog/...ms-teapot.html
I'm always amazed how friends & family choose cards - they'll bypass all my latest 'best' ones & choose some old style card I'd NEVER send...why is this? So my husband chose this daggy card to send to relatives overseas...why? I asked...'because its flat & wont be destroyed in the mail' he said. NOT true, because there were other flat cards in my Sympathy box, ones I'd be proud to post.
So...I stared at it...(the flowers weren't even stamped properly) decided to make the butterfly to match (he agreed I could stick it on top) in an attempt to 'save' this from being too boring. Now I'm quite happy with it, amazing what 1 good accessory can do! Butterfly colored with copics, glossy accents on top, mounted with foam tape.
