Having just got Pleasant Poppies in the mail yesterday I was determined to make it fit with the sketch challenge today . And after a couple of sunny days we're back to grey skies and rain, so the blast of colour is welcome, too.
5 3/4" square base.
IO Cover-A-Card Paisley Crystal stamped on white card with black, edges sponged with Broken China.
Part of poppy image stamped on white card, coloured with Couleur d'Art pencils and then sponged with distress inks. It's matted on white with the edges sponged with Broken China.
For the two strips I embossed white with Polka Dots and then sponged the edges and dots with Barn Door and Peeled Paint.
My little circles and butterflies were punched from paper sponged with the same three colours of distress ink.
Image panel popped up on foam.
