Because the focus of this class is the roll top box that holds the six 3 1/2" x 5" note cards and envelopes, the cards are all the same in design and simplicity.
The box is constructed with white chipboard, and the paper is attached before asembling the box to make much easier, and quicker.
The lid is scored to curve it and make it look like a roll top desk. The key is apnted with gesso to make it look old, an the tassels are handmade using embroidery floss. Graphic 45 papers always seem to call for fussy cutting, tassels, and little handmade chipboard 'charms' as I call them. All of which are a part of this project.
I used the Secret Grden 8 x 8 pad and the 6 x 6 pad. Love that additional small pad!

OH MY WORD! How have I missed your gallery all this time!? This card box and card set are just gorgeous. I adore Graphic 45, and you my friend have done a beautiful job representing their line of beautiful papers.
