Isn't it strange how cards either come together or they don't. Someone told me that this is common in the beginning. I'm going to also assume that the urge to throw the Big Shot through the front window is ALSO common. At any rate, I'm starting to figure these challenges out. I look for 'inspiration'. Paper, stamps, whatever. Then, I try to build something around that! See? It IS getting simpler! Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a Big Shot to retrieve from the bushes. I began by dry embossing a piece of designer paper. I stamped and embossed the lovely Madame Butterfly and colored only her face using Copics. I stamped and embossed Chinese Calligraphy with Tinsel gold embossing powder. I added 3 green rhinestones and stamped the sentiment on paper cut with banner diecut. For the inside, I cut one of the circle designs off paper in the MME Indie Chic Nutmeg pack and cut in half, then trimmed to fit corners.
