This is for the Rip It, Paste It, Ink It Mixability Challenge. I had saved this invitation because the bow was just too fun. Open card measures 7.75" x 5.5".
I tore out the white wording on the invite and cut a Daffodil Delight piece the same size as the invitation. Sponged Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango on the Daffodil piece. Sponged the same colors on the torn edges of the invite--both times I used Daffodil Delight first and then the Tangerine Tango. Dry the sponged ink with a heat gun before proceeding to the next step.
Mount the invitation piece onto the Daffodil Delight piece. Sponge edges with Certainly Celery. Using a scoring tool, score the card at 3.25" and 5" and fold to fit into an A2 envelope.
The pink embossed birds were part of the original invite.
Stamped the branch from Take Care and tore some of the green from the pink embossed birds for the leaves. Sponged some Gumball Green on the torn edges and pasted them in place.
At the bottom, I stamped the bird from A Little Birdie Told Me, then pasted the pink bird on top, leaving only the legs showing from stamped bird.
The speech bubble pieces were stamped on white computer paper and torn to desired shapes.
The torn and taped stamp was the stamp from the original invite.
