WT419 Girlfriends Rule

I have never used this set - I got it for my daughter years ago.
Stamped the girl on WW cs using Black Memento, and colored with Copics.Stamped the greeting using Limeade on WW cs, added a blue gem.
Yellow cs base, green dp, and dotted ribbon. Added a Jolee's balloon for punch.
