A big congrats to Rita for being crowned this week. Rita, your gallery is lovely and I apologize for how my card turned out as I started trying this card:
and somehow it took a different direction; but, I was inspired by your card.
I used a ton of older SU stamps and colors to make a flower scene. I even used some of SU's retired Green Tea DSP which I still have tons of. I stamped the image on water colored paper and water colored all the images and added lots of sparkle - some of it looks weird in the photo as you know how glitter can be. I stamped out 2 more of the large flowers, colored, glittered, cut and popped them on dimensionals on the bottom of the card.
I added faux stitching, a border punch top and the cute little SU banner sentiment with matching framelits to make it.
I think that's about it. Tried to keep some open areas as the DSP matches the main large flower, but you know how that goes.
This also works for the Fan Club Challenge to show spring has sprung and a technique I don't do very much is an array of stamps on one image - kind of like a collage.
Thanks for taking a look and ENJOY your royalty Rita. It goes by quickly.

A lovely card, Pam. I can actually see the inspiration from the original card. Incredible stitching (I thought it was real) and lovely colors in the main panel! Very pretty!
