After eyelets last week, this week Charlene's challenge to the CCEE Stampers was, for me, even more "old school" than eyelets.
She challenged us, and you if you like, to set aside markers, crayons and reinkers, and use only colored pencils. I've started using my Couleur d'Art pencils a lot more, but it's been a long time since I pulled out my watercolour pencils!!
Penny Black Merry Band, watercolour pencils, old K&Co paper, TCP Simply Said sentiment, Labels 8, piercing, MFT buttons and chevron dies.

Oh this is terrific! Love the image and piercing. I haven't used my watercolour pencils for a long time and they were my first colouring implements. Thanks for the inspiration and the lovely card.

Sabrina,
What a most adorable card - and the image just makes me smile - so very cute! I like the sentiment above your image on the die cut! Wonderful pencil coloring.

Love the colors you used for your background and chevrons -- and those hedgies and mice make a great band! Great job with your watercolor pencils, too.

You have the most amazing collection of musical stamps Sabrina. Considering I make my living as a musician you put me to shame. I have about 6 music stamps and none of them are this cute.
