todays challenge is to use the colors Green-white-and orange.
I had my card all ready to post when I read the challenge again... oops.. I thought it was green and white... so I quickly added these tiny little orange flowers. the little duck had orange on it.. but I didn't think it showed up enough. I think the tiny flowers added just the right finishing touch.
find the Sassy challenge
and some fun new images to play with in Cheryl's new stamp store
this is little Max "Quiet Moments" one of Cheryl's newest stamps.
This is the first card made using my new toy-- the silhouette cameo electric cutter and software.
the cattails are from the silhouette store and can you believe that I learned how to cut out the digital images too. no more fussy cutting, always a perfect cut!
I used the knife in the silhouette program to cut off the cattail tops and cut them out on the brown paper, all at once with the green stem parts. Now I could 3D the tops and they match perfectly! again- no fussy cutting such tiny pieces. Can you tell I love this new toy!
this darling little flower is a dollar punch from Michaels, the tiny white ones are made with a 1/8 " punch from an office store. when you use a mouse pad and a stylist you can give shape to your flowers and leaves.
my coloring is prisma and faber castell pencils blended with gamsol.
Hope your having a fun, creative day!
