I stippled various pink and caramel inks on this circle, sprayed it with water, and dropped black watercolor flakes I cut from my black watercolor pencil onto the wet paper and then resprayed. While the paper was still wet, I stamped the tree.
I decided to make my scene in a circle for the TLC418 with circles this week.

Whoa - that is one thing I had never heard before - now you have my curiosity up!! Another thing I have to try to remember to experiment with!!
Love your birds on a wire - and at sunset no less with those rosy hues!!! You are really doing a lot of different type cards and I am loving it!! hugs!

Very cool technique, I always hate seeing the shaving of the pencil go in the garbage and this is a great to put them to use, thanks for sharing! Mighty cute scene you created!

Love what you did with the tiny bird dies - birds on a wire is a a favorite theme of mine! Also like the bare tree branches below, it gives us a view from the bird's perspective. Great card! TFS
