Created for Love Fest Challenge LOVEFEST2013J, sponsored by Verve. The challenge was to use aqua, brown and yellow (or pink) for the challenge. I choose yellow, which I ended up distressing until it became more of a mustard color.
I used the cracked glass technique for this image. It was stamped, then sprayed with gold/brown ink spray. I then embossed the image 3 times with clear embossing powder to get a really thick coating. I then popped it in the freezer for a few minutes until it got nice and cold so I could crack the embossing to form the cracked glass look. Vintage Photo distress ink was then rubbed into the cracks for more definition.
I also embossed the sentiment. Added a wide strip of brown lace for the center portion and sanded all the edges.
Thanks for looking
