Okay trying to catch up on a few challenges! This card is inspired by this week's Queen, Carole's (ckbythesea) lovely lighthouse card. She has a beatuiful gallery filled with many very pretty cards! This is the card I was inspired by: Lighthouse Yonder by ckbythesea at Splitcoaststampers
Because I also needed to make a card with "flips, flaps or oodles of folds", I made my card an easel card....a very tall easel card LOL
As you can see I used a lighthouse image and I added the red and white twine (Thank you Bridget!) and a little charm. I lightly chalked the white panel and tore the edges. The stamped panel and clouds are on dimensionals. The sentiment says, "Of all the ships I ever sailed, your Friend Ship has brought me to the safest harbor." Those are dew drops I used for the "stopper".
Carole, I hope you have been enjoying your week as Queen! Thanks so much for stopping by to take a peek!

Beautiful friendship card, Kathleen, and it's right up your alley! I love the colors, and that little starfish charm and the twine make this so special!
