I created a background by wetting my watercolor paper and then spraying with Colorbox Sprays! (Sky, Grape, Blueberry). I let the background dry and then sprayed an acetate sheet with more ink and dabbed the paper into the ink. Then I spritzed with plain water to soften my ink blotches.
