Today's Ways to use it challenge is to use sponging. I love using distress inks for this technique as they blend so well. I used an oval nestabilities die to make a negative mask and sponged through the opening. I made a circle mask with the 1 3/8 circle punch to cover the sun while I sponged but it moved slightly. I love the sliver of white it left on the edge ...sometimes mistakes can create something even nicer than what you had planned. TFL.

your card is beautiful! Glad you found the time to do the challenge! It's hard to find time between kids and running a house! I'm trying to do better too. I just hope I find time to play along later. Thanks for sharing your card. It is really pretty. I have that tree, but I've never thought of usning it that way before.
