I have a very different card in mind for today's sketch, but it will take a little more free time than I have this afternoon. So here's a quick one. Someone once told DH that blue and green should never be seen together. What was she on about - did she never look around her. I wanted a Morning Glory blue for my daisy today, and paired it with some old green paper.
A2 white base embossed with QuicKutz Diamonds and Spots. Paper is Sizzix Little Sizzles (Classics). Daisy cut from white card with Sizzix Daisies #2, and sponged with Salty Ocean and a hint of Dusty Concord. The button centre was cut from linen finish card and sponged the Mustard Seed. The flourish was already on my desk and worked for the small horizontal strip in the sketch. I added 3 blue gems and a tiny yellow butterfly. With the dies, I'm counting this in for LoveFest E, sponsored by Simon Says Stamp.

Not only do blue and green go together but with a little touch of yellow as in your card it all blends real nicely. Great dp and embossing.

I love blue and green together. That person is a dope, of course. I guess she never looked in a garden! I love the flower with the button center!!!
