Today we were to use washi tape on our cards. I chose to go the "faux" washi tape way.....details...
Went to the Resource section and saw the tutorial for making the faux washi tape. Stopped by Staples and bought me some Post-it Note Label tape. I could hardly wait to get home to play.
Once home I took out my favorite Gelli Plate and printed a design on my new tape. I had already print a design on some metal repair tape just the other day. So I punched out parts and made the flower for my card.
Drew and cut out the flower pot. Used deckle scissors for the edge sponging them with a pink and orange color.
Added lots of doodles as I normally do, then put my card together. Wal-la another card done. I will probably add a sentiment later.
Well looks like I am in for another not so fun week. Hopefully I will be able to make a few more cards to de-stress myself once again!!!......TFL :0)

Sorry your week isn't going well, but I love it when you de-stress with card-making! This is so cheery and you've inspired me to play with the post it tape I've already got in my stash.

Seeing your card always makes my day! They are so refreshing and original. I love this flower and how you created it and I will say you have my curiosity about the gelli plate! Great, fun card!
