This detailed stamp was a bit of a challenge for me. Sponging the background obliterated the details so I colored it with copics and pencils. Next I colored the keyboard separately and cut and pasted it on using glossy accents on the black keys. Then the grand piano was colored in pencils and fussy cut and layered on top. I used bitty backgrounds after stamping off about 3 times to grunge it a bit more. Fun to do but time consuming. The details are so fine that the musical notes are readable but my photo is not so fine.

Oh my gosh is this special!!! You talk about creative and artistic - this is it!! I love the way you colored your piano - AMAZING!! I like the shadow, and all of the sheet music. Your distressing is perfect too (if there is a perfect way to do it). Thanks so much for sharing your beauty. :>)

This does look like a lot of work, but when you see the results, wasn't it worth it? I certainly think so! Love all the music sheets, and I see your piano even has a shadow-how interesting! Love the distressing and beautifully colored piano~
