Here's my first card for the new Mix-Ability challenges - this challenge is Yin Yang - to use two different mediums - something matte and something shiny.
My something matte is acrylic paint - I spread out some paint on my nonstick mat and pressed a piece of bubble wrap in it - then pressed the bubble wrap onto a white cardstock panel.
My something shiny is black embossing - which I did to my little skater - then I colored him with Copics.
I made several pieces of the background with the acrylic paint and bubble wrap so I made two other cards that you will see next to this one in the gallery.
This card is also for the Jingle Belles challenge Ho Ho H2O - use a water related image.

Love the bubble wrap bubbles, and your little skater is adorable! Great card!

What a great design layout..using the bubble wrap bg over 2/3 of the card and then having the little skater in the lower corner...so darling! All these bubble wrap bg cards are so cool..you made me want to try this...I like the different ways you used it in each card.
