WT412 Frosty fun

The banners on the sketch from yesterday looked like the ends of a scarf so it worked perfectly with the snowman.

I popped up the hat and scarf

I masked off the background panel and stamped the snowflakes with versamark. I embossed them with white and sponged over the area with SU marina mist. After I was done, I spritzed the panel with water.
