For someone with very limited dies, today's challenge was just that, a challenge. I used my die to cut the opening on the card. I then put a piece of paper lace behind that, and had the white base of the card showing through. That stood out too much, so I put the die cut piece that was cut out back behind the lace. I really like how that looked. I sewed the panel to my white cardstock base. I added pearls, quilled roses, floral filler and a white ribbon bow. I used a small sentiment so as not to draw attention away from the die cut opening. I used the small LOVE from a Mark's Finest Papers set called LOVE LOVE LOVE. The pretty pink designer paper that I used on my card is from a digital paper pack from my DAYDREAM DESIGNS store. I used the set called Ticket to Bliss Papers Pack I love that I can take a piece of white cardstock and print as much or as little of the dp that I need for a project. My Daydream Designs is having a blog hop this week where one winner will win $20 gift certificate to the store, and there is a free digi giveaway. If you are interested you can check it out HERE.
