A quick card so that I could try to get a photo while it was still technically daylight -not that it's been anything remotely like a bright day.
A2 base.
The only cork sheets I have at the moment are floor tiles - which would probably break the Big Shot if I tried cutting them! So I used cork to make my card, rather than on it.
I raided DH's desk for a cork, sliced the end off to neaten it up a bit, and stamped my background with Scattered Straw, Shabby Shutters and Tumbled Glass.
Chicken scratches from Best of Cluck frame the card.
IO chicken stamped on Bristol Board and coloured with pencils and distress ink. Layered up on green Bazzill piereced using my CORK piercing mat.
Sentiment from WhipperSnapper, and I did well to find a button close enough to Tumbled Glass to finish it off.
Back in a while...

Very clever uses of cork Sabrina. I love the cool bg and the piercing adds a nice touch! It's another sunny day here-not much snow this winter but still cold.
