Two quick last minute cards for the Ways to Use It challenge - "What's All the Fuss About?" - to use fussy cutting on the card.
I used the same red cardstock and the same stamp but fussy cut it two different ways and experimented with two different embossing powders (and different gold cs to match each ep).
The one on the right is the full stamped image cut right around its outside border, heat embossed with Stampendous Pirate Gold and mounted on a slightly shiny gold cs.
The one on the left is cut right around the actual poinsettia which removed the border part of the stamped image. It's embossed with Judikins Egyptian Gold and mounted on a glittery gold cs.
Can't decide which I like the best!

oh these are both beautiful!! I still need to make a few Christmas cards for my husband to use at work. I love poinsettias. I think you've inspired me to make some poinsettia cards! Thanks.
