I found this pretty gold striped paper a while back and bought a bunch of it for Christmas cards. This quick card is made with a regular white base of 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and folded from the top. After apply the gold paper I used a large scalloped circle Nestie to cut through the top layer of the card. (I had applied the glue very lightly in the cut out area so that I could separate the gold paper from the white and cut out the ornament). The ornament is glued on the inside of the card. I embellished it with a glitter punch out and a gold cord bow. Then I added a Nestie tag die cut with Merry Christmas sticker. A small stamped message on the inside of the card below the ornament completes this quick card!

p.s. my scanner doesn't do the color and glimmer of this paper justice. Must prettier when you can actually see the real thing!
