Here is my sample for the sketch challenge this week - I'm keeping it simple with an easy square sketch! Can't wait to see what you make!

Supplies:
Stamps: Running Horse, Rose Cluster (Stampendous)
Essentials: Aged Taupe Embossing Powder, Deep Impressions Clear Embossing Powder, Aged Black Embossing Enamel, Tea Stained Mica Fragments
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, Versamark (Tsukineko)
Coloring Medium: Chalk (Pebbles) Card Stock: Cascata Coffee (WorldWin Treasures), Bermuda Blue (Bazzill); Mottled Cream
Accessories: Seafoam Blue Gird (Creative Impressions); Jute Twine (Dollar General brand)
Tools: spray bottle (Stampendous) filled with coffee grounds/water, heat gun

Wow, I love all of the texture on this, Taylor! The mica flakes with the cracked glass technique is really fun.

LOVE your distressed roses! The crackled glass horse image w/the inset mica fragments is so neat and unique. Great work combining the ink and variety of emb powders to create your aged effect. The card reminds me of a collage of old, aged, antique papers. Nice!

Taylor, the simple sketch works so well with all the patterns and textures you have on your card. Your sepia(?) markings make it look like it was in someone's attic for a long time....and the treasure was found.
