For this week's ways-to-use-it challenge, we're to create a thank you card with a Veterans' Day theme. I'd already uploaded my color challenge with the image I most love for honoring military service:
So, with the leftovers from that card and using yesterday's sketch, I did this one. The middle rectangle was die cut and then embossed over some vinyl shelf liner. Interesting texture.

Hahaha, I had to go to urban dictionary to figure out what gmta meant, but you're right. This sketch works well for the challenge; love your bg stars and the texture on that red panel is cool!

First I love your patriotic card. Now you have me thinking about all the neat textures you get from embossing things like the burlap now this. Clever. I need to give this a try. Thanks for the inspiration.
