This is the second Halloween card I made with a Peter pup image from Stamp N Plus. He's so darn cute...I think it's the look on his face. I coloured Peter with Prismacolor pencils and cut him out with a Spellbinders die. I traced the outside edge of the same die to get the black mat and traced the next size down to get the pen outline inside. Then I just fattened up those lines especially in the corners. Some bright paper and even brighter grosgrain ribbon created the background layers. Spidey stickers on the ribbon and flat pearls in the corner finished this puppy (pun intended) off. TFL.
