I was inspired by Jim - The Gentleman Crafter, Shelly Hickox, and Tim Holtz's Riveted Patchwork technique! I altered an ordinary orange craft store pumpkin. It is a little over 5 inches round. I followed Jim's lead in making creepy veins on the pumpkin... after all it's not Halloween without a little creepiness! I followed the technique for riveted patchwork, but I substituted foil HCAV duct tape because I only had 1 and a part packs of foil tape sheets. Sometimes it is good to use what you have on hand! Finally I gave the little guy some autumn orangy color by adding Indian Summer Glimmer Glaze to the foil after it was on the pumpkin.
