I was asked to do a card for a friend's granddaughter. She is a "girly" girl, not my strong suit. She loves pinks and flowers so this is what I came up with. I have a McGill punch for azaleas but the flower came out way too big. So I scanned in the petals, traced them on Klic n Kut software and resized them so that they could be used on a card. The petals are shaped exactly like a bicycle seat.
I then followed McGill instructions for creating them sewing the pearl in the center to secure them.
The image is colored in copics and enhanced with pencils. The scalloped mat was created in KNK.
