We were supposed to use the glitter window technique with Lori's card. I was going for a foggier look, but couldn't get a picture without light on the glitter.

Yep. Great halloween card! Your packing tape sure looks wider than mine. Love the technique, but I'm always limited! So, great job with that! Thanks for playing the challenge!
