I really wanted to use the Balloon Kiddo stamp (from Stampendous), but he's a boy and she's a girl...so what to do? Lightbulb! I inked up Party Hat Kiddo and cut her head off (mwahahahahaha *evil laugh*) to turn the birthday boy into a birthday girl!
I added some Shaved Ice to the edge of "her" party hat, and to the little fluff balls. I colored "her" with my Spectrum Noir markers. My sentiment is from the most useful sentiment set in the history of stamps...Happy Messages. Seriously - everyone should own this set!
You can get the pretty paper and all these stamps (and the Shaved Ice and the ink) over at i {heart} papers! While you're there, check out the entire line of Stampendous fabulousness she has in stock!
