A happy little card for a friend from the new hostess set, Happy You. I made a colorful little panel from Summer Smooches and Polka Dot Parade DSP, using the Herringbone technique found right here on SCS! I loved learning this technique!

This is as cute as can be and, I agree, the herringbone technique is so much fun! Love the look of the delicate doily die with the quilted panel!
