I finally came up with a system for my card stock scraps. I bought twelve 3-drawer containers from Wal-Mart. In each drawer, I put a divider I made from two sheets of "Wal-Mart" white card stock scored and glued together.

FABULOUS!!!! I have been trying to sort my scraps by color (ie blues, greens, etc) in a file drawer.....doesn't work. I love this, I would actually use my scraps more!
What do you have the cube/drawers in that they stack so perfect in???

They can actually stack on themselves, but I wanted to put shelves on top of them, so I used four three-shelf units from Wal-Mart. The containers were just a bit too tall to fit, so I took out two of the shelf boards on each unit and put one of the boards on the bottom of each unit, and they fit fine. Thanks for looking!

Christine, this is fabulous. Love the great labels you created in coordinating shades and how you fit the units inside shelving units. I have my scraps in manilla envelopes, but this is much more visible and pretty too

That sure beats my clear bags with all pinks together, all reds together, etc. This way you can find the actually color you need and not guess which pick it really is! I think I'm going to WalMart!

The drawers open and close easily, but if you want to take one out, they also come out and go back in easily. This helps if you have a project where you need a lot of small pieces of one color. You can just take the drawer out and use it while you're working on your project and put it back when you're done.
