Wanted to make a card for a manager leaving us and changing stores, so a bigger one we at work can all sign. I also wanted to catch these 2 challenges...my lovely twisted sisters, and our sweet queen of the week...Bensarmom.. such a fun various gallery, come check it out..
this is the one I saw at first I was going to do then I saw another I loved, but when the twisted sister challenge I found out was to make pretty corners, I went back to this one...Baby_Girl_Sheep_bensarmom_small by bensarmom at Splitcoaststampers
It started that way, becaseu I just got a new corner punch and wanted to try it out. I thought the holes were bigger then they are as the package they were in looked bigger, so this changed altogether and took on a bit of a different look.
My boss likes blacks and whites and somtimes wheres blue so when I saw this bg paper it went from there. cut out the pic, sponged the edges and raised it up. layered the other papers, and added the pearls and strips of blue to match. Was going to leave the flowers black too , but decided to give them a little color...might still add a sentiment in one corner, but not sure what yet, but thanks for visiting.

So lovely! I like the color combo of the soft brown and pale blue....so elegant. Your manager should be impressed as will all of your co-workers who sign this beautiful card.

Wendy this is just lovely. I love how you used the pearls and rhinestones. Your corners are beautiful too.
