The paper ribbon these flowers are made of just reached out and grabbed me at Hobby Lobby one day. Had absolutely no idea what I would ever use it for! It is rather fragile, so after die-cutting the flowers, I sprayed with Glimmer Mist to give them a little body and shaped while barely damp. Each flower layer except the top one is popped on a foam square, top layers applied with glue dots.
Since I wanted the focus to be this gorgeous paper, the rest of the card is very simple. I die-cut the foliage from another roll of the paper ribbon, die-cut the frame from green and popped it with foam tape. Finished with half pearls, and here we are! WOWZA! Gorgeous is 'right on' for these blooms!
(Excuse me while I dash off to my HL!)
I also adore the simple framing to show the great C/S texture! Thanks so much for playing in my DTGD challenge!

It's what you DID with the paper - brought it to life! understated but important supporting role - the greenery behind the flower! A level of detail much appreciated; thanks for playing in DTGD challenges. I'm so glad to now have the time to study your entries.
