The technique challenge this week taught us how to make a triple layer card stamping all the layers at once. It's a cool technique, but I always have trouble stamping-all-over. I couldn't find a large stamp that I wanted to use so I thought light doilies in the bg with darker doilies on top might work.
Someone else used the inverted corner punch which I thought looked nice. I used two Edgeabilities to make the little strip. I inked up the butterfly edges with white.
I'm going to say that this fits sweetmissdaisy's DTGD12 challenge also. I hope she doesn't send the challenge police after me. LOL!

This is absolutely gorgeous. I love the doily stamp you used and the ticket punched corners is neat. I heard the challenge police had given up their job because there are too many of us to track down! I think you are pretty safe though.

I have to totally agree with you on the BG stamping! I can never seem to get it right but you on the other hand appear to have caught on to the technique quite nicely because your card is wonderful. TFS...

It's beautiful! I need to do more of these too as soon as I can catch my breath around here. I only did the one and that was not the greatest design pattern, so will have to try to do better next time.
