I flipped the sketch and turned one of the panels to a ribbon.
This is a thank you card for my parents. They gave me and my family a week of vacation on the beautiful island of Gotland as a birthday present when I turned 40. We went last week and it was truly wonderful. This is the ferry that took us all there and I thought it was a propriate image for the card.

Great card. Where is Gotland? What language is Tack? Great job with the challenge, many congratulations on the milestone birthday. I hope it was a great memory.

Love your card and had a little chuckle too. I realize now that "Tack" must mean "Thank YOU" in Swedish. When I saw your ferry, I thought "it doesn't look like a sailboat" since in sailing you "tack"...a maneuver by a sailing vessel (which is sailing approximately into the wind) turns its bow through the wind so that the direction from which the wind blows changes from one side to the other. Long explanation of my chuckle! : )
Sounds like you had a FABULOUS time and what a wonderful gift from your parents that you will remember forever!
