This was my first jump into mega stamping. My friend Pat & I made 97 Mother's Day cards with rolled roses. We made all of these entirely from scraps! My Bible Study group had some available funds, so we purchased fresh carnations and presented a flower and a card to each lady, and visited those in rooms who could not come to the Mother's Day presentation. After reading some stories and Scripture, these cards were presented to the ladies. It was a very humbling and heart warming experience, and gave my crafting a purpose. I left feeling blessed!
My friend Pat (Blooms in a Box) helped me in this project and was tickled to go along for the presentation. We used a lot of Kleenex!

Margaret, even my heart smiles to see these all together. Sister, one day, 97 cards....that is a miracle! Of course we rolled roses at night after work for a week, but still, they came together in a super natural way. I loved the looks of blessing in the eyes of the moms at the home. Your vision to do this project brought blessing. I remember going home that day with a full heart. Thank you for sharing this day with me. Lymi

What a wonderful project you two little angels took on. Yikes 97 cards! but don't they look beautiful all together. I'm sure betting there was a few boxes of Kleenex tissues used that day. I would of loved to see their faces as they received one of those cards and a real flower to go with it. I reckon your journey home was just as emotional reflecting on all those sweet faces with tears in their eye. (sniff sniff) and I wasn't even there! God Bless you girls.
