Another card with new Artistic Outpost stamps..this time from a set called Kudzu Kafe. I colored the girl with copics and the house and bg behind the fence with Prismacolors and OMS. I like that the girl is barefoot...as as kid I was always barefoot in the summer. My mom wasn't thrilled with that and would make me wash my feet before I got in bed.

This is wonderful with great coloring. I am STILL a barefoot girl and have to wash my feet before going to bed! Lately, here in Colorado and when I was just in Hawaii, I've seen people jogging barefoot!

This card is darling. It made me snicker a bit.. The "Be Kind" sentiment with the barefoot girl that looks a little crabby.. hehehehe. I only wear shoes under duress.
Love this card. The textures and colors are great!

O Polly, you are too funny.. Aren't you glad now you had to wash your feet before going to bed. I'm sure I was told the same thing a time or two........How much fun it was to be a child and carefree. Love the vintage feel of your card and your little barefoot girl, fabulous stitching my dear, TFS

Fun card, Polly....you have the BEST images! Your store reminds me of one in Stowe, VT...and the stern little girl is adorable. I went barefoot too....and had to wash my feet before bed. ; ) Love your colorful DPs with a vintage feeling. Your cards are always a TREAT!

Moms just don't understand, do they! So did you make your children wash their feet before bedtime? Probably so.....Pretty dp's and I love that rope around the fence! I wonder what she's gonna use it on.....The General Store goes perfectly with this antique looking gal!
