I loved the Denizmom's Etsy Store inspiration site this week, and this was what inspired me: http://www.etsy.com/listing/86240942...family-pattern
After stamping the birds twice on 3 colored scraps, I dry embossed 3 to mimic the crotched look. (To create the pink bird in the opposite position, I stamped the back of the pink DP, then held it up to light & traced the details on.) Trimmed the wings from the leftover 3 birds, & attached them with mounting tape, & added glossy accents. Flowers colored with copics, pearl pen dot in centres.
Added some twine to the card, then drew the birds legs.
Quick, easy...and very cute if I do say so myself!

I could so see your inspiration without even looking. I too though those were the cutest little birdies. And this is just so darn cute! The embossing so looks like crochet. Fantastic creation.
