3 years ago Becca had a video on her blog on how to make a medallion using corner punches. I watched her for inspiration yesterday.I used my Martha Stewart corner punch. The poppy is from Mark's Finest Papers set called Welcome Poppies. I did paper tole on the poppy. The sentiment is from Mark's Finest Papers set called Island Life. I embossed the brown panel using script embossing folder. used a decorative stitch on my sewing machine to make the border. I found that if I want to do this stitch because there are so many stitches, that I need to reinforce the back of the paper. I used a strip of packing tape on the back before I stitched. Since I need to diet, I chose not to do the desert option.

You're cute. I think I missed dessert. You card is beautiful. I love the light coral with the darker brown. Thanks for the video and telling us about reinforcing the back. Good to know.
