Hannah chose Sweet Child of Mine for today's Way to use it Challenge. We were to make something for a child, inspired by a child, or simply with a child on it.
When it comes to stamps or images with kids, my thoughts go immediately to Mo Manning! She has the most wonderful (and wide variety) of images of children. Here is Mo's little Nurse.
I printed out the image and colored with Copics. For the band-aid, I used some Webster's Pages DP and first made the little square. Then I used that and measured just a bit wider for the rectangle. Lastly I used my corner rounder on the ends. Looks like a band-aid to me : )
Just a few embellishments, little ruffle bottom with black pearls and one gem heart.
Very fun challenge!!! Can't wait to see what everyone has made! Thank you so much for stopping by and taking a peek!

Well Kathleen, how cute is this???!!!!!! This reminds so much of my youngest daughter. All she ever wanted to do when she was little was play doctor/hospital/nurse. Is it any wonder she grew up and became an RN!!!!

Great job with the band aid, I thought it was a real one!! She is absolutely adorable & colored do well! This could be sent to a kid who is a fan of the doc mc stuffins show.
