To create the water (dessert), I stamped the Grunge Strip using versamark ink and clear embossing. I then hit a few highlights with the Picket Fence distress marker. I then stamped the cattails and embossed and used the Picket fence marker on them too. The sentiment is stamped onto the Pool Party cardstock using the Island Indigo ink. I added a fishing lure inked with the Pool Party ink so it would be just slightly visible. I then cut/embossed the panel using Spellbinders floral tags and popping it up onto the card front.

Wow! What a gorgeous water scene! I really like the effect you achieved. The addition of the cattails really "anchors" the water. Oh, so pretty! Thanks for sharing your creativity.
